Who we are

BetzHub (betzhub.com) operates this professional community. Data contact: contato@betzhub.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as an Argon2id hash), job title, company, country and language.
• Content: what you post is public by default, except in explicitly private areas.
• Technical data: IP address and access logs, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

What is public and what never is

Public: display name, username, job title, company, country, published content, reputation and badges. Never public: email, phone, verification documents, IP address, reading and search history, and the real identity behind verified pseudonymous accounts.

Legal basis and purpose

We process data to deliver the service you requested (contract performance), to meet legal obligations, and under legitimate interest in platform security. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: authenticated session, language preference and CSRF protection. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.

Your rights (GDPR and LGPD)

You can request access, correction, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent by writing to contato@betzhub.com. We respond within 15 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Access logs are kept for 6 months. Public content may remain after account deletion, detached from your identity, to preserve the integrity of discussions — you can request full removal.
