BetzHub is a B2B professional community for the iGaming industry. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and work professionally in the industry or in adjacent fields. The platform is not intended for bettors.

3. User content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and translate that content inside the platform. You confirm you have the right to publish it and are not breaching third-party confidentiality.

4. Conduct

The community guidelines form part of these terms. Breaching them can lead to content removal, suspension or a ban.

5. Verification

We may ask for proof of professional affiliation. False information during verification is grounds for a permanent ban.

6. Disclaimers

Member content reflects the opinion of its author. BetzHub does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice, and is not responsible for decisions taken based on community discussions.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with prior notice whenever possible.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a 14-day right of appeal.

9. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction at the user's domicile where applicable.
