Payout

The withdrawal process: from the player request to money credited in their account, including risk review.

Also known as: saque · withdrawal

Payout is the full withdrawal cycle: player request, risk and compliance checks, authorisation, submission to the provider and credit in the destination account.

The most common mistake when measuring payout is reporting a single average time. There are at least two distinct populations: withdrawals that pass straight through the automated flow and those falling into manual review. Without separating them, the average describes no real player.

Good practices seen in mature operations:

  • SLA per profile: first withdrawal, recurring withdrawal from a clean-history account, and high value follow different tracks.
  • Status visible to the player: much of the support contact is generated by silence, not by the delay.
  • Coverage outside business hours in the review queue: Friday night is usually the worst moment of the week.
  • Move verification earlier, to a cumulative deposit threshold, instead of leaving it for the moment the player wants the money.
